The Rec Club is a stimulating and affordable gym providing a range of classes, a pool and room hire
The Rec Club is one of many services provided to the local community, including staff and patients by the Royal Free Hospital.
Increasing the amount of physical activity we undertake helps to relieve stress and anxiety as well as improving our overall health. The RFC Recreation Club enables everyone to benefit from access to a pool, classes and the fitness room at an affordable rate.
