Class Guidelines
– Please Read Before Attending
To help us deliver safe and effective sessions, please note the following rules for all fitness classes:

Minimum Attendance: A class will only run if at least 3 participants have booked in advance.

Booking Required: All attendees must book their place through the system before arriving. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join the class.

Warm-Up Policy: Missing the warm-up means you cannot take part in the session, as this increases the risk of injury.

Maximum Capacity: Class sizes are currently limited to 15 participants.
