Hire the Rec Club studios

If you need somewhere to teach your classes, a member of the Rec Club team would be delighted to show you round our two fitness studios.

The Rec club is in busy Hampstead – a great location to attract people.

We have great changing facilities and supportive club staff and can provide most equipment you may need for your classes, such as mats.

Please note any facility pre-booked and not cancelled within the appropriate time must be paid in full.

Our studio rooms can also be booked as meeting rooms. Tables and chairs can be provided with PowerPoint and wifi access, but we do not provide screens/projectors.

Max studio capacity: 15

Studio 1 – Currently closed (access by stairs only)

Studio 2 – 25 feet by 17 feet

• Bookings can be made online up to 12 weeks in advance.

• For later dates or larger/more complex requests, please contact us directly.

• Cancellations: 48+ hours’ notice – no charge, within 48 hours – 50% charge, no show/no cancellation – 100% charge

• All bookings must follow agreed hours. Overtime may incur additional charges.

• Certification & Checks: Instructors must contact the Admin Team before hiring a studio to complete all required document and certification checks, including fitness qualification and public liability insurance. Bookings cannot be confirmed until this process is completed.

• Guest Fees:

  • A £1.50 guest fee will be charged at the till for every customer attending.

  • Please inform your clients beforehand.

  • If guest payments are not made, the Rec Club will charge the maximum capacity guest fee for Studio 2.
