Welcome to the Royal Free Charity Rec Club leisure centre

The Rec Club is a leisure centre providing stimulating and affordable gym facilities, a mixture of classes, pool, studio and sports hall hire. Increasing the amount of physical activity we undertake helps to relieve stress and anxiety as well as improving our overall health. Our club enables everyone to benefit from access to a pool, classes and the gym at an affordable rate while helping the Royal Free Charity to support patients and staff at our three hospitals.
