Sundays 1pm-2 pm

The dance wellness collective class is a unique combination of mindfulness relaxation and a fun dance workout. As an ex-professional dancer and a clinical psychologist in doctoral training, I have combined in this class my passion for both dance and psychology to offer you a special experience that can help you increase your wellbeing to the fullest.

We start with a five-minute mindfulness exercise to help us focus in the present moment and our body. Then, we move on to an energetic and fun Zumba dance workout for the next 50 minutes, inspired by popular pop songs, salsa, reggaeton, bachata and cumbia. At the end of the class we lie down and do a five-minute mindfulness relaxation exercise to relax our bodies but also our minds. During this class, I invite you to leave all your worries behind for one hour. Just be present in the moment, lose yourself in the music, dance, and connect with your body and others around you.

Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is needed. Once you start the classes you will immediately become a member of a very friendly community.
